Recording Online Events

If you're a business owner running live online events with Baluu via Zoom, you may wonder if there is any possibility to record this, so customers who have booked the event may be able to look back at certain parts (e.g. how to knead bread after they have left it to rise when the event finishes).

There is no reason why you cannot do this, but there are a few rules (sorry, we know there're enough of these already in the world!) that you must follow.

Dos and Don'ts for recording in Zoom

Do ask all customers permission before recording any Zoom events. Besides the legal implications, you need to be considerate of any customers who may not be comfortable with this.

Don't share the recording in public or send to any customers other than those who paid for and participated in the online event.

Don't send to any customers that missed the event. If you are happy for them to reschedule for free then you can contact us to arrange this.
