Struggling to login

If you're struggling to receive our two-factor authentication (2FA) code the first thing you must check is your spam/junk folders (you often have both, and they're not the same). Please allow up to 4 minutes for the email to arrive in either your junk or spam folder, if it does not appear in your inbox. If you do find your 2FA code in your junk/spam folder it is vital you do a couple of things:

  1. drag/move that email to your proper inbox.

  2. add the baluu sending email address to your address book.

These two steps should stop your 2FA code ever going into spam/junk again - and help prevent any baluu emails from going there in future too. This can happen as different email providers can decide to quarantine/redirect emails without notifying either you or us.

If, after trying all of the above, you're still not receiving the code, then please get in touch with the Baluu support team stating your login email to [email protected].
