At Baluu, we’re constantly working to make our tools more flexible and
valuable for our partners. One area we’ve improved is the way you can collect
customer information during booking.
Until now, questions added to your Customer Form were always applied
once per booking, regardless of how many tickets were purchased. For example,
in a kids’ bootcamp scenario, if you asked for a child’s name and the parent
booked two tickets, the form would only ask once — which was not ideal.
With our new update, you can now mark specific questions as
Per Guest. When enabled, these questions will be asked separately for
each ticket purchased, ensuring you collect the right details for every
participant.
We believe this enhancement will be especially useful for partners who rely on
accurate participant information to run their activities. And as always, this
is part of our ongoing improvements to Checkout V2.
